Can I Edit or Delete Invoiced Time Entries?

Zola Suite allows you to generate invoices from existing Time Entries and Expenses, which are considered "Unbilled Activity." Once the bill is created from that activity, the status will be marked as "Invoiced," and you will no longer see the edit or delete icons to the right of the activity. While the original entry is preserved on the Time List, you can make changes to it directly from the invoice itself.

To edit the Time Entry follow these steps:
  1. Open the Invoice by clicking on the Invoice number, or by clicking on the 3 vertical dots and selecting "Edit."

  2. Select the pencil icon to the right of the line item you wish to edit.

  3. You will have the option to "Update Time Entry," which will also add the changes to the Time List.

When changes are not updated, you will be able to view the differences on the Timekeeper Productivity Report under Adjusted Amount.
