Can I Use Client Numbers?

If you are migrating your Matters from another software, our team can import your current Matter names in their current format. If the current Matter names begin with a Client Number followed by a sub Matter Number, Zola Suite will not maintain that numbering system for any new Matters.

Zola Suite is Matter-centric, and creates a unique Matter number for each new Matter created. We do not create an identifying "Client Number" as some other programs. You can group Matters by client name, through the Matter list or Contact section.
