How Do I Assign Multiple Emails to a Matter?
Do you ever need to assign multiple emails to a single Matter? In Zola Suite, you can relate emails to a Matter in bulk. Once the Email Section has opened up, click on the box to the left of the email to select it. Select all the emails that you would like to associate with a particular Matter. Note: when you have selected an email, the email will turn blue and the box will be filled in. After selecting the emails, the preview window of the email will update. In the preview, you will see the number of emails that you have selected to relate to the Matter. You can select the Matter in the drop-down menu. You can also move these emails to another folder at the same time. For instance, if you want to declutter your inbox you can send the email to another folder such as "Archive."
Keep your Inbox neat by assigning emails directly to the Matter.
Once the Email is assigned to the Matter, a duplicate can be found in the Communications tab of the Matter in Zola Suite. You can then delete the email from your inbox as the record has been stored in Zola Suite.
Deleted emails are sent to your "Deleted Items" folder for archiving. Selecting "Delete" in Zola Suite will not permanently delete the Email.
