How Do I Assign Emails Directly to a Matter?
Zola Suite offers you the ability to associate and store Matter-Related emails in a dedicated Communications Tab within each respective Matter
. You can then Reply, Reply All, Forward, Print, and Delete these emails right from the Matter. Follow these instructions to start associating emails to Matters:
- Navigate to Zola Suite's Email section.
- Select the email you wish to assign to a Matter and click on the Save to Matter button.
- Select the desired Matter from the dropdown list and click "Save to matter". This action will save the email in the selected Matter.
To confirm your email was saved:
- Navigate to the Matter and click on the Communications Tab. The email will be listed in this section.
