How Do I Assign Emails Directly to a Matter?

Zola Suite offers you the ability to associate and store Matter-Related emails in a dedicated Communications Tab within each respective Matter. You can then Reply, Reply All, Forward, Print, and Delete these emails right from the Matter. Follow these instructions to start associating emails to Matters:
  • Navigate to Zola Suite's Email section.



  • Select the email you wish to assign to a Matter and click on the Save to Matter button.



  • Select the desired Matter from the dropdown list and click "Save to matter". This action will save the email in the selected Matter. 


To confirm your email was saved:
  • Navigate to the Matter and click on the Communications Tab. The email will be listed in this section.
