How Do I Assign Emails Directly to a Matter?

Zola Suite eliminates the need to have hundreds of folders within your email. Instead of creating folders for each Matter or by the topic you can assign emails directly to its respective Matter! This will copy the email from your Email account and store it inside of Zola Suite's Matter where you can Reply, Reply All, Forward, Print and Delete.

Follow these instructions to assign them:
  • Navigate to Zola Suite Email section.

  • Select the email you want to assign to a Matter

  • Click on Save to Matter icon

  • Select the desired Matter from the dropdown list

  • Click on the Check button. 

This action will save the email in the selected Matter. 

To confirm:
  • Navigate to the Matter section 

  • Select the Matter 

  • Click on the Communication tab
The email will be listed in this section
