How Do I Create a New Matter?

Setting up a new Matter can be done in two ways:
  1. They can be quickly added from any section of Zola Suite through the Quick Add menu



  2. From the Matter section of Zola Suite by clicking on the “+" on the right-hand side of the Matters' menu.



  3. In the New Matter page fill out all of the required information, along with any additional information you have. Please note that any field marked with a purple line is required for the Matter to be created.



  4. Once you click on Create Matter, the case will show in your Matter List. You can now set up new events, upload relevant documents (and share these with your client), create associated tasks and generate invoices for the case.
