How Do I Change the Lead Status Back From Retained?
If you accidentally marked a lead as retained and need to have it changed, this can be done by setting the lead to lost or junk by clicking on the three vertical dots next to the lead.
This will pull that lead out of the retained status. You can then go into either your Junk or Lost leads to reclassify the lead correctly.
