How Do I Create a New Retainer Using APX?

Zola Suite uses APX to allow users to receive retainers and directly apply the funds to their accounts. To do so:
  1. Go to the Accounting section under the Invoices tab 

  2. Click on the plus sign and select New Trust/Retainer Payment



  3. Fill out the required fields and select "Credit Card - APX" as the payment method


  4. Fill out the payment information to the right and select Process Payment


After the completion of this payment, your LawPay account will have received the payment. You can then apply a retainer
