How Do I Create a New Retainer Using APX?
Zola Suite uses APX
to allow users to receive retainers and directly apply the funds to their accounts
. To do so:
- Go to the Accounting section under the Invoices tab
- Click on the plus sign and select New Trust/Retainer Payment
- Fill out the required fields and select "Credit Card - APX" as the payment method
- Fill out the payment information to the right and select Process Payment
After the completion of this payment, your LawPay account will have received the payment. You can then apply a retainer
