How Do I Create Hard Cost Expenses?

Hard Costs within Zola Suite are going to be recorded in the New Check modal. There are a few ways of getting to this:
  1. Quick Add menu and select New Check (Hard Cost)

  2. Inside of the Time/Expenses tab of the Matter and click on the plus sign

  3. Inside of the main Time section, click on the expenses tab and then the plus sign

Any of these options will bring you to the New Check modal as shown below.

You must fill in all of the required fields with the purple bar next to them. You can choose to make this Matter related and if you would like to bill to your client.

If you choose SAVE & PRINT this will open a PDF version of the check.
