How Do I Create Leads?

If you would like to enter a Lead manually into your Zola CRM you can do so by multiple ways:
  1.  Using the Quick Add tool on the white toolbar


  2. From the CRM section, click on the plus sign on the color bar



Both of the above options will bring you to the New Lead modal where you would input the necessary information:

  • If you are creating a New Lead for an existing contact, you would still type in that contact's first and last name, but after clicking 'Create Lead' you will be prompted with the screen seen below: 


  • Once you have successfully created a lead, you will now see the new lead in your CRM dashboard


If you do not select a Primary Source, the Secondary will show in this field.
