How Do I Use Evergreen Retainers?
The Evergreen Retainer option can be enabled on any Matter in Zola Suite. If enabled, when the specified account balance falls below the desired amount, the Responsible Attorney and Firm Collaborators with Matter notifications enabled will be notified via email to request replenishment of the account.
To Enable the Evergreen Retainer:
- In the Matter Options tab, scroll to "Enable Evergreen Retainer"
- Input the desired minimum balance and select the appropriate account
- Be sure to click the "Update" at the bottom right of the screen
