How Do My Clients Register Their Caseway Account?

When you want to share invoices or documents with your clients, you can do so through our secure client portal, Caseway.

  • Before they can log in, they will need to be invited by first sharing a Document or Invoice via Caseway

  • Once they are invited they will receive an email with a link to register their account as well as an SMS text message with a unique activation security code they will need in order to complete the registration.

  • When they select Register Account in the email, they will be redirected to where they can enter the SMS text message activation code. (If your client had any trouble receiving this code, make sure the correct cell phone number is associated with their contact information or when the entering it manually)

  • After they have entered the activation code, they will be asked to create a username and password which will allow them to access at any time.
