How Do My Clients Register Their Caseway Account?

If you need to send your clients invoices or documents, you can do so through Zola Suite's secure client portal, Caseway. Here's how you can get started with getting your clients registered for Caseway.

  • Before your client can log in, they will need to be invited, which you can initiate by sharing a Document or Invoice via Caseway:




  • Once they are invited they will receive an email with a link to register their account, as well as an SMS text message with a unique activation security code they will need in order to complete the registration.


  • When they click on Register Account in the email, they will be redirected to zolacaseway.com where they can enter the SMS text message activation code. If your client had any trouble receiving this code, make sure the correct cell phone number is associated with their contact information or when entering it manually.

  • After they have entered the activation code, they will be asked to create a username and password which will allow them to access www.zolacaseway.com at any time.
