How To Install: Zola Suite Microsoft Word™ Plugin

Simply navigate to the Document section and click on the word icon on the ribbon. This action will download the installer. Locate the installer file labeled as setup.exe and execute. It is recommended to save and close all your open word document prior the installation. 






Please note: The Zola Suite Word Ribbon is only compatible with Windows Desktop Versions 2013 and 2016.



You can also: 
  1. In your web browser, browse to http://download.zolasuite.com/office/word-plugin/setup.exe.
  2. A file named “setup.exe” will download, click it to install the plugin.
  3. Run the program.
  4. If you had Microsoft Word™ open, close the program and re-open it.

That’s it! You will see a new tab in Word™ for Zola Suite. When you click on the tab and open or save a document, you will be prompted to login to your Zola Suite account. From there, you can open matter-related documents stored in Zola Suite, save documents to matters (new versions or new documents) and even use existing or create new tags, all without ever leaving Word™!
