If I give someone permission initially, can I revoke it later on?

If I give someone permission initially, can I revoke it later on?

Sure, this can easily be done under the “Options” tab of any given matter and Permission section; simply click on “x” the left of the name. Once the individual has been removed, he or she will not be able to see any information related to the Matter (events, notes, documents, etc).

If a staff member has left the firm, rather than revoking access to specific Matters, we highly recommend that you deactivate this account. This account should not be reassigned to a replacement. Once an account is deactivated, you will still be able to see the various tasks that they had completed, documents uploaded and refer back to past events.
