My Calendar Events Are Not Syncing

If you are trying to sync calendar events in Zola Suite and your sync status is active, the following may occur:
  1. Delay in Sync - due to the size of the Calendar, it may take up to 15 to 30 minutes for a full and complete sync of all calendar entries.
  2. Recurring Events - Zola Suite will maintain recurring events/tasks that are initially synced. However, if the recurring task is changed/edited (ex. a Monthly Meeting event is held on the first Monday of every month, then changed to Tuesday), Zola Suite suite does not support the change in the recurrence.
