What is the E-Sign Option and How Does it Work?

In addition to Registered Receipts™ and encryption capabilities, RMail also has an electronic signature feature that allows you to get legally binding electronic sign-off on documents and agreements. The e-signed documents are automatically finalized into a print-ready PDF format, can accommodate multiple signatures (hand-drawn, typed, or email signatures), and will have a Registered Receipt™ record with the delivery status, time, or delivery, and message content.

  1. To use this feature, attach the document to an email and check the “E-Sign” option before sending it out. The recipient will need to follow the included on-screen instructions to sign.
